Looking to hire me? Well, you can! Just send me an email with the details.
I play and develop all kinds of games. I do have a preference for more simple or medium-complexity games. Preferably, a game has a very unique mechanism or core idea, feels like an adventure, and can be played with large groups of people.
As a game has many different components, I can't really give a concrete workflow here.
My general workflow is the same as other developers: first a LOT of prototyping and playtesting, and once there's certainty about the game and its mechanics, the polishing phase begins (with designing, rules lay-out, game presentation, et cetera)
If you're only looking to hire me for designing an already existing game, I obviously would like to play the game myself first a few times!
